Town Crier, Alan Booth was one of the first people to approach the Renaissance Office to suggest some of the work in the area to rejuvenate the Square and reduce the effects of antisocial behaviour.
Plan :
* Improve the appearance of the area with a new lighting scheme which the community chose at an open meeting.
* Fence the green in the centre using the recycled railings from Marine Drive.
